Venue Coordination

The MDEC team will place the tables and chairs in the event host’s desired layout before the event and will return the tables and chairs to the standard layout at the end of the event. A member of the MDEC team will be on-site for the entire rental. We will give access to vendors (i.e., DJ, Florist, Caterers, etc.) within the rental time. We are responsible for taking out the trash as needed and keeping the drink station and bar well-equipped and clean during the event (i.e., a reception from 4:30 p.m. -10:30 p.m.).

Does Not Include: Completing the Renter’s Cleaning Checklist (i.e., The MDEC team is not responsible for sweeping, spot-mopping, or taking out the trash at the end of the evening). The host is responsible for having a contact person on-site to communicate with vendors. Our team is not responsible for decoration set-up or tear-down/removal.

Wedding Coordination

In addition to the venue coordination services listed above, the host may select one or both of our MDEC team members to provide wedding coordination services. The team member will meet with the engaged couple three times prior to the event to finalize details. The coordinator will be on-site for the entirety of the rental time, with the responsibilities of decoration placement and removal, and will serve as the primary contact for the vendors, bride, groom, and family. On behalf of the couple, the coordinator can give the payments to said vendors if they choose.
